Graffiti is found all over the five campaigns of Left 4 Dead, most commonly within the safe rooms. The graffiti is left by other Survivors who had been through the area. This graffiti generally includes messages, tips, and warnings for loved ones, other Survivors, or simple comments, such is the case with the infamous Chicago Ted. Graffiti tells the story of the game, without cutscenes. Some pieces of graffiti seem to be conversing back and forth.
VIRGIL DUGAS1953-2009 (Coincidentally, this person shares the same first name to Virgil, the captain of Lagniappe, his boat, who saves the four survivors in Left 4 Dead 2 to lead them to New Orleans. It's possible that he was been mistakenly presumed "dead" even though he's still uninfected. It could also simply be the case of it being a different person with the same name.)

Athlete's foot (tinea pedis) is particularly common between the little toe and the toe next to it. The fungus can cause the skin to redden and crack. The affected areas are flaky and sometimes itchy. The skin can also turn white and thicken, and is then often slightly swollen.
Although athlete's foot doesn't cause any serious problems in people who are otherwise healthy, it normally doesn't go away on its own. If left untreated, it can spread to a nail and cause a fungal nail infection. The infection can spread to other areas of skin, such as the hands, but that rarely happens.

Jones, who will turn 48 next week, is one of tens of thousands of inmates who received harsh mandatory minimum sentences for drug offenses during the crack-cocaine epidemic, and whose cases are drawing new attention.
Jones almost certainly would not receive such a sentence today. Federal sentencing guidelines in similar drug cases have changed, in particular to end disparities in how the courts treat crack cocaine vs. powder cocaine. And, following a 2005 Supreme Court decision, judges have much greater discretion when they mete out punishment. In the past decade, they gave lower sentences by an average of one-third the guideline range, according to the U.S. Sentencing Commission.
Two years later, Jones and several others were indicted by a federal grand jury. Jones was charged with six counts of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and aiding and abetting, and one count of conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine.
Jones had grown up poor, raised by her grandmother after her mother was left quadriplegic by a car crash. But Jones, who started working when she was 14, had an entrepreneurial streak, opening her own hair salon and a burger joint before starting a Southern-style restaurant in Dallas with a woman from Terrell who was a Dallas police officer.
Assistant U.S. Attorney William C. McMurrey argued to the jury that Jones was involved in selling crack in Terrell, along with her brother, sister and mother. Investigators pressed Jones to implicate her business partner, the Dallas police officer, saying it could help reduce her sentence. The officer testified and said she was not involved. And Jones also said the officer had nothing to do with drugs. The officer, who is still with the department, declined to be interviewed.
Jones left the visiting room and entered a side room where a guard was waiting, as she does after every visit. She took off her tan prison uniform, her brown T-shirt, her bra and her underwear, and waited for the guard to search every part of her body.

Isaac is shown lying inside his toy chest, breathing heavily. In memory, he is shown drawing and smiling (but still nude), but is distracted by noise (presumably his parents fighting), and looks at one of the drawings he made of his house with a caption saying "WE LIVED HERE". He remembers seeing his mother crying in front of the TV. His breathing gets faster as he remembers looking at a burnt version of The Polaroid, or the Torn Photo, with his father's face being partially burnt away, standing in front of his toy chest which is filled with polaroid photos. His breathing slows down, Isaac is shown turning blue in the chest, and a wall is shown. The pictures hanging on the wall are (from right to left): Isaac with his parents; Isaac's house; Isaac with Guppy; Isaac playing with his father; Isaac watching his parents fight; Isaac with his mother; Isaac with a wig / Magdalene; Isaac's mother with a knife, angry; a demon with the word "bad" written on it with red ink; a smiling demon with the words "I'm the devil" written on it (as well as a little arrow labeled "me" pointing at it); a pentagram, once again with the word "bad" written on it; and finally, a demon which is shown above Isaac's dead and blood-covered parents, laughing. The left side of the wall is also covered with the words "bad", "evil", and "I'm the devil". As the wall is shown, the noises of an argument in the background get louder, culminating in a man's voice audibly saying "I'm outta here!" After a cut to black, Isaac's skeleton is shown lying in the chest, covered in cobwebs. The chest is opened, and the Missing Poster from ending 15 is shown falling off the telephone pole outside Isaac's house. Finally, Isaac is shown roaming the dull-colored ghastly landscape from Ending 17.
After defeating The Beast, the sky cracks open as a beam of light smites the monster, sending it sinking into the lake of lava. Isaac then ascends the beam, as recollections of past events play back; his Mom mourning her son's death, his Mom and Dad arguing, his Dad leaving without saying goodbye, his Dad stealing money from Mom's Purse while she sleeps, and the restless nights Isaac endured overhearing his parents arguing, believing he was the cause. He then feels his fear and worries fall from his being, his ascent growing faster while ??? and The Lost fall from him. He sees his only companion, Guppy, his Mom and Dad loving each other, his Mother kissing him on the head as he falls asleep, and his own birth. Then, Isaac sees nothing.
Then, suddenly, the sky above cracked open, and a white beam of light reached down into the Earth, smiting the Mother of Harlots asunder and setting the blood lake to a boil. As the Beast descended down into the lake of fire, Isaac ascended towards the crack in the sky, and as he flew he could see echoes of his past before him:
The final five minutes of the episode on The Walking Dead make it worse, as the group tried desperately to save him, but he still passes on. We end with him being buried, and Sasha standing over the grave of her dead brother, gone. Just like that. Truly terrible.
Drug tests detect crack via the same methods used to detect powder cocaine. While blood, hair, saliva, sweat and urine can all be tested for signs of crack use, urine tests are the mostly commonly used.
The chemical is created when the liver breaks down cocaine. It reaches the highest levels in urine four to eight hours after last use and normally remains present in urine for up to four days. Chronic crack users will test positive for five days, on average, or longer.
Sweat tests for cocaine and crack cocaine use skin patches to test for the drug, but they are uncommon. Typically, the individual will wear the patch for a week at a time and will test positive if they use within that seven-day window. The patch can also determine if a person used cocaine one to two days before the patch was applied.
According to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, a person who uses cocaine or crack just one time might test positive for only a day after last use. But people who smoke or shoot large amounts of crack, or use it regularly, will probably test positive longer.
Following a binge, a person can test positive for crack use for up to 10 days. In extreme cases, benzoylecgonine has been detected in urine up to 22 days after last use. According to a 2004 study in the journal Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, chronic cocaine users who test positive weeks after last use sometimes use more than 10 grams of cocaine per day.
When people with a crack addiction suddenly stop using the drug, they develop cocaine withdrawal symptoms. Unfortunately, this just reinforces the vicious cycle of addiction. The only way to relieve the symptoms is to continue using crack.
Endodontic treatment is necessary when the pulp, the soft tissue inside the root canal, becomes inflamed or infected. The inflammation or infection can have a variety of causes: deep decay repeated dental procedures on the tooth or a crack or chip in the tooth. In addition, an injury to a tooth may cause pulp damage even if the tooth has no visible chips or cracks. If pulp inflammation or infection is left untreated, it can cause pain or lead to an abscess.
New trauma, deep decay, or a loose, cracked or broken filling can cause new infection in your tooth. In some cases, the endodontist may discover additional very narrow or curved canals that could not be treated during the initial procedure.
If left untreated, the infection in the tooth can spread to other parts of the body, and in some cases can even be life threatening. If you are in need of a root canal, the infected pulp in the tooth needs to be removed.
